Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”) operates DriveBuchanan.com to provide information on owner-operator opportunities. Participation in owner-operator programs is subject to specific legal, operational, and financial requirements.

1. Independent Contractor Status

• Owner-operators are not employees of Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc.
• Compensation, schedules, and operational responsibilities are defined in the independent contractor agreement.

2. Program Participation Requirements

• Owner-operators must maintain valid CDLs, insurance, and safety compliance at all times.
• Equipment used must meet Company and regulatory standards.
• Company may require verification of financial stability, creditworthiness, and prior driving experience.

3. Earnings and Compensation

• Projected earnings and rates are estimates only and may vary based on load, route, fuel costs, and operational conditions.
• Company does not guarantee minimum compensation or specific loads.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Owner-operators must comply with FMCSA, DOT, and Company safety rules.
• Non-compliance may result in termination of program participation.

5. Liability and Risk

• Owner-operators assume all operational risk associated with equipment, freight, and driving responsibilities.
• Company is not liable for equipment damage, accidents, or other operational losses.
