To qualify for Buchanan’s Lease to Own Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 36 months
- No more than 6 employers in the last 36 months
- No more than 1 speeding ticket in the last 36 months
- No cell phone violations in the last 36 months

- HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Valid TWIC card
- 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience

A.Standard Setup - 68% of GROSS Line Haul

Cost & Lease Details
- Lease Payments – Vary based on truck model, year, and mileage.
- Flexible Lease Terms – Choose from 3, 4, or 5-year options.
- Maintenance Deduction – $400/week.
- Base Plate Program – $45/week ($47.50 for Heavy Haul Plate).
- Escrow Account – $100/week for 20 weeks ($2,000 total).
- Security Reserve – $50/week for 40 weeks ($2,000 total).
- IFTA Fuel Taxes – $15/week, refunded if fuel taxes are met.
- Additional Fees: IRS 2290 ($10.58/week), Transflo ($5/week), Administrative Fee ($5/week).
