Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”) maintains an at-will employment relationship with its company drivers. This policy applies to all driver applicants and employees using DriveBuchanan.com.

1. Employment Status

• All company drivers are employed at-will, which means either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, notice, or reason.

2. Exceptions

• No statement, policy, or representative of the Company may modify the at-will nature of employment unless in writing and signed by the President or CEO of Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc.

3. Application Implications

• Submitting an application via DriveBuchanan.com or other recruitment channels does not alter the at-will status.
• Program participation, orientation, or training does not create a contract of employment.
