1. Employment Status

  • All company drivers are employed at-will, which means either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, notice, or reason.

2. Exceptions

  • No statement, policy, or representative of the Company may modify the at-will nature of employment unless in writing and signed by the President or CEO of Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc.
