Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”) operates DriveBuchanan.com to recruit drivers, including company drivers, owner-operators, team drivers, and lease drivers. All applicants are subject to driver history verification and background screening.

1. DAC / PSP Checks

• Company uses the Driver’s Acknowledgment and Credentialing (DAC) report and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) records to evaluate safety, performance, and driving history.
• Applicants may have driving history, accidents, and violations verified with previous employers and regulatory databases.

2. Background Checks

• All applicants undergo a criminal background check consistent with federal and state law.
• Verification may include past employment, licensing, and DOT/FMCSA compliance records.

3. Applicant Consent

• Submission of an application constitutes consent to DAC, PSP, and background checks.
• Applicants may be disqualified based on results indicating non-compliance, safety violations, or falsified information.

4. Confidentiality

All driver history and background information is handled confidentially in compliance with privacy and employment laws.
