Can someone with less than two years qualify?

To qualify for Buchanan's standard CDL-A company driver positions, you must have:

• At least one year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience (an additional 6 months of Flatbed experience if driving flatbed)
• A clean MVR
• A clean PSP
• Fewer than 6 employers within the last 36 months

Buchanan also requires applicants to meet employment standards. Qualification is determined after Buchanan reviews the driver's application and required records.

Buchanan's Owner Operator and Lease to Own programs also currently require at least one years of Class A CDL experience.
