I would like regional would I be forced to OTR?

Buchanan has a "No Forced Dispatch" policy. We offer both regional and OTR company driver opportunities, but route availability depends on your location, freight, position, and current openings. If regional driving is your preference, discuss that with recruiting before accepting a position so you understand the expected lanes and home time. We do ask that eligible company drivers be available 5.5 days per week and not turn down assigned loads, so drivers should confirm exactly what a regional position may require before applying.
