FAQ
What are Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules?
HOS rules ensure safe driving. Class A CDL drivers can drive 11 hours after 10 consecutive off-duty hours and are limited to 14 hours on duty. A 30-minute break is required after 8 hours. Weekly limits are 60/70 hours. Buchanan supports compliance for flatbed, dry van, Conestoga, RGN/step deck, and heavy haul drivers with modern equipment, E-logs, and 24/7 Driver Managers for both regional and OTR CDL jobs.
