COMPANY DRIVERS
- 26%-29% of the load (*Depending on experience and your safety score)
- $800 Guaranteed Gross Pay the first 8 weeks starting the week after orientation (*See note at bottom of page concerning guaranteed pay)
- HazMat Drivers: $25 per load for HAZMAT loads on top of regular line haul pay
- 100% of billed tarp charges

Buchanan Driver Requirements:
- At least two years of verifiable experience with a class A CDL
- Drivers must be available 5.5 days per week and not turn down assigned loads to be eligible for next week, guaranteed pay
Hazmat drivers will also need:
- Current HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Valid and current TWIC card
